Cincinnati Sound Kicks Off 2026 with Energy, Focus, and Big Goals

Cincinnati Sound is launching 2026 with incredible momentum as the chorus sets its sights on Regional Competition this March. After a refreshing holiday break, singers have returned energized, focused, and ready to build on last season’s success with clear goals and renewed purpose.

The early weeks of the year are dedicated to reconnecting with the music, strengthening vocal technique, and refining visual performance. Rehearsals are thoughtfully designed to align the chorus around shared expectations while elevating musical and emotional impact—ensuring every rehearsal moves the ensemble closer to peak performance.

Adding to the excitement, Cincinnati Sound is thrilled to welcome renowned coach Erin Howden for an immersive two-day coaching experience. This intensive weekend will challenge and inspire the chorus, providing valuable tools and insight as competition season approaches.

The chorus is also excited to invite the community to its Open House on January 12 at 7:00 PM at Valley Temple. This special evening offers guests the opportunity to experience Cincinnati Sound firsthand, meet the singers, and learn more about barbershop harmony in a fun, welcoming environment.

With energy high, goals set, and enthusiasm building, Cincinnati Sound is starting 2026 with a bang—and the journey to Regional Competition in March is well underway.
