The Role of Section Leaders

Section Leaders serve as the primary point of support for their sections—Leads, Basses, Tenors, and Baritones. Their responsibilities include:

• Assisting singers with learning and understanding their music

• Providing vocal support to promote strength, consistency, and unity within the section

• Encouraging confidence in rehearsals and performances

• Serving as a liaison between section members and the Music Team

• Fostering an inclusive, positive, and supportive section culture
